Mark B. Fuller, President and Managing Broker
Mark
Fuller founded the Fuller Property Company in 1990. He is instrumental in hotel
real estate brokerage, hotel real estate investment banking and business
development. He has led the company through its market expansion which includes
Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, New York and Florida.
Mr. Fuller has acted in
an exclusive broker capacity to hotel owners, family offices, private equity
funds and financial institutions. He has been directly responsible for
marketing, financing and selling 16,782 hotel rooms with national brands such as
Hilton Garden Inn, Home 2 Suites by Hilton, Omni, Radisson, Four Points, Hilton,
 Hampton Inn &
Suites, Residence Inn by Marriott, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express &
Suites, Country Inn & Suites, Wingate by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, Red Roof Inn & Suites,
Motel 6, Studio 6, Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality Inn Microtel &
Suites and independent regional hotels. He has completed 149 hotel real estate
transactions as the Exclusive Marketing Agent.
He has held Managing
Director position with Investment Banker AFC Realty Capital of New York City and
analyst position for Revel Companies of Indianapolis. Fuller successfully
completed international assignments in Mexico as an Agent and the Dominican
Republic as a Principal and Ownership Representative.
His membership in
real estate organizations include the National Association of REALTORS®,
Indiana Association of REALTORS® and Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
Fuller has corresponding broker relationships in many states and is a Licensed
Real Estate Broker in the States of Florida, Indiana and Illinois.
Mr.
Fuller holds a BS from Indiana University with a concentration in Real Estate &
Finance. He strives to stay current on real estate marketing, hotel valuation
models and hotel brand requirements. He has completed courses at Cornells -
Professional Development Program and attends national and regional hotel
conferences.
Mark resides in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Jennifer and
their two sons who are excellent students, active in Tennis, Baseball and family
activities.
